Quality Control and Inventory Intake Specialist

About us Ozone Toys is an online retailer of new and second-hand collectible toys. Collectors across the country use our app to sell their toys and ship them to our location in South Williamsport. After being received, our team reviews and verifies the condition of each item. That review is where you come in. The role Shipments arrive every day, each one tied to a customer's collection they submitted through the app. You check what's actually in each box against what they said they were sending, grade each item for condition, and note anything missing or damaged. It's detailed, hands-on work with a steady rhythm where accuracy matters. The rest of the process depends on getting this step right. Once a collection is verified, you also prep those items to go back out. That means sorting and repacking verified inventory into outbound shipments, often in large boxes. What you'll do Receive and open inbound customer shipments Match received items against the customer's submitted list in our app Inspect and grade items for condition using our internal standards Flag any discrepancies, missing pieces, or damages for review Prep, pack, and stage verified inventory for outbound shipping What we're looking for High school diploma or GED Comfortable working from a smartphone. All of our internal processes run on a mobile app. Quick to pick up new software and adapt to frequently changing processes Consistent attention to detail with small parts, original packaging, and fragile items Able to stand for a full shift, and to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs Dependable and honest. You'll be handling collections that belong to our customers. Warehouse, receiving, retail, or QC experience is a plus but not required We'll train you on grading, our software, and the product categories, so no prior collectibles knowledge is required. That said, the people who do best in this job tend to be the ones who already care about these types of products.
