Holiday Inn Club Vacations is looking for a sharp, detail-driven Quality Assurance Officer (QAO) to help protect the integrity of every sale.
Our QAOs play a critical role in the sales process by ensuring transactions are clear, compliant, and built for long-term customer success.
What You’ll Do:
• Review completed sales to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support the Sales Team with specialized administrative oversight
• Address purchaser questions and resolve concerns with confidence
• Strengthen customer understanding and satisfaction after the sale
• Help reduce rescissions and future defaults by ensuring every buyer is fully informed
This role requires strong judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
QAOs are a vital part of our Sales Operations team, helping ensure that every sale is ethical, transparent, and built to last.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Executes proper communication with all Holiday Inn Club Vacations affiliated departments, management and HCV owners.
- Confirms sales and verifies contracts for HCV sales.
- Handles walk-in cancellations and owner cancellation calls; rewrites sales and assist QAOs with mail out process in order to recover lost business.
- Assists QA management with training and improvement of new and existing employees.

- Must be process oriented with attention to detail
- Self-directed and independent with projects but works as a team player
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and a high energy level
- Strong administrative, organization, and planning skills
