Purchasing Supervisor

Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency. Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery performance. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms. Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs to prevent stockouts. Collaborate with other departments to understand their purchasing requirements. Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, in a supervisory role. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in Acumatica and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
