Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement activities. Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and service agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the organization. Utilize supply chain management tools and inventory management software to monitor stock levels and forecast future needs. Conduct detailed Excel data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement strategies. Maintain strong vendor communication channels to foster positive relationships and resolve issues promptly. Support inventory control initiatives by coordinating with warehouse teams and ensuring accurate recordkeeping. Assist in sourcing new suppliers, evaluating vendor performance, and implementing sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals. Qualifications Proven experience working in a materials management role. Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, procurement processes, and inventory management techniques. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and manage vendor relationship dynamics. Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel), including data analysis, pivot tables, and formulas for procurement insights. Familiarity with purchasing management systems supported technically within organizations. Excellent communication skills for direct negotiation procurement and vendor negotiations.
