rson in this role will help secure ingredients and operational supplies while maintaining accurate purchasing records and supporting day-to-day coordination across the business.Responsibilities:• Source and purchase ingredients, consumables, and other business-related supplies needed to support daily operations.• Create, review, and process purchase orders while ensuring accuracy in item details, quantities, pricing, and delivery timelines.• Track order status and proactively communicate shortages, delays, or vendor-related issues to the production team and other stakeholders.• Maintain organized purchasing documentation and update procurement records to support visibility and accuracy across the department.• Work with suppliers to confirm availability, delivery schedules, and order changes as business needs shift.• Support routine purchasing activities using NetSuite and Microsoft Office tools to manage data, reporting, and order information.• Coordinate with internal departments to align purchasing priorities with inventory demands and operational requirements.
