Purchasing Senior Specialist

Role Overview: The Purchasing Specialist (EX2) supports activities impacting customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, profitability, and resource circularity. Responsibilities include managing recycling, batteries, cores, forecasting, third-party interactions, audits, KPI tracking, and project support. Key Duties Support battery processes: refresh, shipping, regulation, sourcing. Assist resource circularity and recycling initiatives. Manage core inventory, distribution, and charges. Provide forecasting and ordering support for batteries and cores. Coordinate with third-party providers for goods/services. Support audits for system and SOP accuracy. Maintain LET flashing and database support. Track KPIs, analyze root causes, and implement solutions. Lead or support departmental projects and business plans. Qualifications & Skills BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. Four to six years in procurement, preferably in manufacturing environments. Knowledge of procurement, forecasting (automotive service parts preferred), negotiation, planning, and organization. Strong communication and presentation skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
