Purchasing / Scheduling Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing / Scheduling manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, purchasing, and materials management, assisting plant manager with production scheduling. This position offers an opportunity to work with various systems and contribute to the efficient operation of our inventory processes. Duties: - Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock - Utilize systems for inventory tracking - Coordinate with management for production scheduling - Coordinate with management teams for material requisitions - Support materials management by organizing storage areas - Assist with ISO 9001 implementation. Auditing certification a plus. Qualifications: - Proficiency in inventory management practices and production scheduling - Familiarity with inventory systems - Knowledge of supply chain and materials management processes - Ability to buy, sell, and procure materials efficiently - Ability to negotiate favorable terms and pricing with vendors - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can apply your skills in inventory management and contribute to the success of our operations.
