Purchasing Representative

Purchasing Representative - Entry Level Reliance Aerospace Assets is seeking a motivated, entry-level Purchasing Representative to support sourcing and procurement for our aerospace parts business. This is a full-time, in-person position with training provided. Responsibilities Request and review supplier quotes for aircraft parts and related materials. Research pricing, availability, lead times, and market information. Create and track purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records. Communicate with suppliers and follow up on open orders and delivery dates. Compare supplier options and support cost-effective purchasing decisions. Coordinate with sales, operations, quality, and shipping teams. Help maintain organized vendor and inventory information. Qualifications Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; prior aerospace or purchasing experience is not required. Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and other basic office software. Detail-oriented, dependable, and willing to learn. High school diploma or equivalent required. Compensation and Benefits $17-$20 per hour. Full-time, 40 hours per week. Paid time off. Yearly performance bonus.
