Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant experience, including ownership of a team, budget, or substantial service program. Demonstrated capability in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract review, and team leadership. Experience supporting professional services is preferred. Ability to document decisions, communicate clearly, and handle business information responsibly. Initial priorities: Establish a sourcing plan with measurable cost, quality, and delivery objectives. Begin by reviewing the current process, agreeing on a baseline with stakeholders, and identifying the most useful improvement to deliver. Report results using measures appropriate to the role and explain any unresolved dependencies. Work arrangement: Full-Time, On-site in Portland, Maine. Estimated annual cash compensation: USD 126,000 to 170,500.
