Purchasing Manager

We’re looking for a Purchasing Manager to join our team and provide key operational support to our finance department. You’ll manage procurement for the A/V components, raw materials, and installation tools that power our home technology and service projects, with a focus on supplier relationships, cost efficiency, and quality. What you’ll do: Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate contract terms Compare costs and analyze market trends to reduce spend Keep accurate records of purchases, vendor terms, and inventory levels Resolve vendor issues like order delays and discrepancies Collaborate with internal teams and our accounting group to keep purchasing timely and accurate You’re a great fit if you have: 3+ years in purchasing or vendor management (A/V industry preferred) Customer service experience and knowledge of home technology (A/V, lighting, security) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP systems (Acumatica a plus) A detail-oriented, self-motivated approach and the ability to meet deadlines High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred) Preferrably in NE, TX, FL or KS markets. Good to know: This role involves standing or walking most of the day, lifting up to 25 lbs., and occasional outdoor work in a moderate-noise environment.
