Purchasing & Logistics Specialist

Key Responsibilities | 岗位职责 1. Supplier Development & Local Sourcing | 供应商开发与本地采购 Identify and develop local suppliers for automation system components (e.g., PLCs, sensors, power tools). Source alternatives to reduce cost and lead time while maintaining technical compliance. Establish and maintain supplier qualification, pricing, and delivery terms. 为自动化产线关键零部件（如PLC、传感器、电动工具等）开发并管理北美本地供应商； 推动本地化采购以降低成本、缩短交付周期，并确保技术符合性； 建立供应商评估、定价与交付标准体系。 2. Indirect Procurement | 间接采购 Manage procurement of office equipment, IT assets, and consumables. Coordinate with HQ and finance for budget control and cost reporting. Assist in contract negotiation for facility leases and service vendors. 负责办公室设备、IT资产及日常用品的采购工作； 与总部及财务团队对接，确保预算控制与成本核算； 协助租赁办公场所及服务供应商的合同谈判与管理。 3. Logistics & Customs Coordination | 物流与清关协调 Coordinate import/export shipments with freight forwarders and customs brokers. Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with U.S. import regulations. Track delivery schedules and resolve logistics issues as needed. 与货代及报关行对接，协调进出口物流； 准备运输及清关相关文件，确保遵守美国相关法规； 跟踪物流进度，处理运输过程中的问题。 4. Office Administration Support | 行政支持 Support day-to-day office operations, visitor reception, and supplies management. Assist with employee onboarding logistics, including workstation setup and badge access.
