Purchasing/Inventory Control Manager

FG Products, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to fill in an immediate opening for a Purchasing/Inventory Control Manager. Position Overview The Purchasing/Inventory Control Manager is responsible for overseeing purchasing activities, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and supporting efficient daily operations. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently. Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials and supplies as needed. Track incoming shipments and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare related reports. Support inventory counts and investigates and resolves discrepancies. Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments. Support costcontrol initiatives while minimizing stock shortages and excess inventory. Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with computers, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. A minimum of three years of purchasing or inventory experience is preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Why Join Us?
