Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Finance, the Purchasing & Finance Associate manages purchasing activities and provides financial reporting and budget support for the organization. This position oversees purchasing accounts, purchase orders, invoices, and related records; maintains and supports financial reporting systems; collaborates with Finance, Accounting, and Payroll to ensure accurate financial data; and provides reporting and budget support to conservatory directors and the Dean of Arts. This position will perform analogous duties for California School of the Arts – San Gabriel Valley (CSArts-SGV).
