Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on cost savings, quality, and supply chain resilience. Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing new suppliers, evaluating performance, and negotiating purchasing contracts to secure favorable terms. Oversee the use of procurement management systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, and automated procurement tools to streamline purchasing processes. Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management teams to ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining optimal stock levels. Analyze Excel data reports for pricing trends, supplier performance metrics, and inventory control insights to inform strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with contract management policies and oversee procurement contract negotiations to mitigate risks and maximize value. Requirements Proven experience in procurement management within manufacturing or supply chain environments. Strong expertise in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, and inventory management systems. Demonstrated ability in negotiating purchasing contracts and managing vendor agreements effectively. Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management and developing procurement strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel data analysis for reporting and decision-making purposes. Deep understanding of supply chain management principles including logistics, sourcing, inventory control, and vendor management. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Exceptional communication skills for negotiating contracts and fostering supplier relationships.
