Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchasing Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our procurement processes and customer support, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of product orders and inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include providing estimated delivery times (ETAs), utilizing internal tools to manage product information, and assisting with various types of products or catalogs. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction and operational efficiency are paramount. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to product orders and catalog information. Provide accurate ETAs for product deliveries based on current stock levels and logistics updates. Utilize internal tools and software to provide various options to customers Assist customers with different types of products or catalogs, ensuring they receive comprehensive support tailored to their needs. Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and tools used in customer service interactions. Requirements Proven experience in customer service, preferably within purchasing or procurement environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information regarding ETAs and product details. Proficiency with internal tools, databases, or software used for managing product catalogs and order tracking. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues promptly. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. Have availability Monday-Friday, with weekends required.
