Compensation This full-time role pays $56,000 to $70,000* annually and follows a hybrid schedule, with three days per week in the Mississauga office. You can work a flexible 7.5-hour shift within office hours of 800 a.m. to 500 p.m. The organization also offers an employee referral program and team social activities. *The stated compensation range reflects the full scope of the role as currently structured and is provided in accordance with pay transparency requirements. The Opportunity When a healthcare customer needs a specialized product, strong supply planning helps make it available. As Purchasing Coordinator, you will turn inventory and supply data into decisions that support reliable service, sensible stock levels and timely purchasing. You will do more than process orders. You will spot risks early, work with people across the business and help build planning practices that can support continued growth. Position Description You will manage the day-to-day flow of products through the supply chain and use analysis to guide planning and purchasing decisions. You will partner with sales, marketing, logistics, suppliers and manufacturers to keep supply aligned with customer demand. Plan and monitor inventory to reduce stockouts without carrying unnecessary excess. Place and manage supplier orders, track delivery commitments and resolve issues that affect availability. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners on efficient, timely product flow. Analyze supply chain information and prepare clear reports and recommendations for management. Flag emerging supply risks and contribute to contingency plans. Maintain accurate material master data in the ERP system. Find practical ways to improve inventory controls, processes, costs and service levels. Work with colleagues across functions to make informed supply decisions. Qualifications A minimum of two years maintaining material master data in an ERP system is required. Two to three years in supply planning, inventory management or a related field is an asset. Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, particularly pivot tables and lookups; Power Query or VBA experience is an asset. An analytical mindset, strong accuracy and the ability to turn information into useful action. The initiative to work independently, manage several priorities and ask for clarification when needed. A collaborative, responsible approach to problem-solving and process improvement. APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is an asset. Education A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field is required.
