NOW HIRING Purchasing Clerk Hilton Miami Beach is a highly anticipated new-build hotel inside a historic Art Deco building steps from Collins Park, the Miami Beach Convention Center, Collins Avenue, Lincoln Road, and South Beach. With playfully designed guest rooms, three dining outlets — Amador, Savant Rooftop Bar, and Haute Mess Cafe — two rooftop pools, and flexible meeting space, this flagship 289-room property is now building its team ahead of its December 2026 opening. THE ROLE The Purchasing Clerk supports the Purchasing Manager with day-to-day procurement operations, including order processing, receiving, and inventory recordkeeping. This is a pre-opening hire — you'll help build this role from the ground up ahead of our December 2026 launch. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ▪ Process purchase orders and requisitions from department heads. ▪ Receive and inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality against purchase orders. ▪ Maintain accurate inventory and storeroom records. ▪ Assist with vendor communication and follow-up on order status. ▪ Support month-end inventory counts and reporting. ▪ Maintain an organized storeroom and receiving area in compliance with safety and sanitation standards. ▪ Assist with initial receiving and storeroom setup ahead of property launch. ▪ Support inventory system data entry and par level setup prior to opening. QUALIFICATIONS ▪ High school diploma or equivalent required. ▪ Prior purchasing, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred. ▪ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ▪ Basic computer skills; inventory software experience a plus.
