Accountabilities: How You Will Make an Impact Perform all assigned duties in accordance with Kinectrics safety requirements, policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory standards. Support employees and stakeholders in the resolution of supplier-related issues, invoice discrepancies, and rejected invoices. Assist with invoice review, approval workflows, coding validation, and follow-up activities to ensure timely processing. Process and upload invoices accurately against the appropriate purchase orders within designated systems.
