We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time temporary Purchasing Clerk to join our Inventory Management team in Langley, BC.

This temporary position is expected to last 12 months.

Reporting to the Manager, Supply Planning, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Inventory Management team, while monitoring inquiries from B2B partners, stores and internal departments.

You will be responsible for:

  • Organizing and communicating with business partners to ensure inquiries and distributions are reviewed.
  • Managing and coordinating correspondence from multiple inboxes.
  • Supporting, arranging, and executing special key-out requests from stores, other departments, and business partners as needed.
  • Working with Traffic and Warehousing teams to ensure timelines are met.
  • Reviewing and distributing aging inventory from warehouses.
  • Communicating with Warehouse and Supply Planning teams to coordinate supplier returns.
  • Running daily and ad hoc reports for the Supply Planning team.

You have:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service capacity, preferably within a retail or supply chain environment.
  • Experience in Warehousing or Supply Planning is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and spreadsheet management in Excel.
  • Knowledge of A-series is considered an asset.

Compensation Details:

$45,356.00 - $56,695.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
