Role Overview: The SCM Site Delivery Frame Local Group Leader oversees daily operations by collaborating with buyers and technical leads to meet Key Performance Indicators, mitigate risks, and implement strategic business plans and budgets. Key Responsibilities: Support troubleshooting supplier issues, execute business strategies, lead critical projects, identify cost-saving opportunities through benchmarking, develop system improvements, and mentor team members. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or Business Management, with 8+ years of relevant experience. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and cross-cultural collaboration skills are essential. Ability to interpret directives, develop systemic solutions, and foster a positive work environment is required. Leadership & Management: Manage 5–10 direct and 5–10 indirect reports, negotiate financials, and support performance and succession planning. Decision-Making & Environment: Provide strategic guidance, support KPI achievement, and adapt to fast-paced, demanding settings with occasional travel and flexible hours.
