Purchasing Assistant

Rosenthal Sambonet USA is a leading supplier of brand name dinnerware & kitchenware based in Randolph, NJ. We are in the process of growing and we are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities Process goods receipts in SAP. Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, ...) Update container/shipping details in shared calendar. Maintain updated records of invoices. Experience Previous experience in a similar position or Bachelor’s Degree Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred Languages: High Level of English. Spanish desirable. Microsoft Excel required (Intermediate to Advanced) Minimum 1 year MS Office experience SAP B1 (preferred) Job Type: Full-time-In Person Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
