Purchasing and Sales Representative

Are you a detail-oriented and friendly individual with experience in purchasing and sales? Do you have knowledge of auto parts and an interest in the automotive service industry? (preferred but not required). If so, we are looking for you! Reveles Auto Service has an open position in Purchasing and Sales. Join our team! Responsibilities: Source and purchase automotive parts and supplies from vendors. Maintain inventory levels and track stock availability. Sell services and repair jobs to customers, providing clear and accurate information. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials. Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, and inventory. Manage customer inquiries related to services and parts. Prepare estimates and invoices for customers. Support the team in daily administrative tasks. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service, build strong vendor relationships and product knowledge. Source and purchase automotive parts and supplies from vendors. Requirements: Experience in purchasing, sales, or customer service. Knowledge of automotive parts (preferred but not required). Proficient in Microsoft Office software and management software. (Essential). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Reliable transportation is required. Punctuality, responsibility, and strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and improve continuously. Bilingual in Spanish and English, written and spoken skills. (Mandatory).
