The Role Our technicians can’t do great work without the right gear, at the right price, when they need it. You’ll own our supply chain end to end: what we buy, who we buy it from, what we pay, what we keep on the shelf and what we get back. The role is hands-on, but we want someone who will also build the system as we grow: setting stock levels, holding vendors accountable and finding savings. You’ll work closely with our service coordinators, technicians and finance team. What You’ll Do Purchasing & Vendors Place purchase orders for jobs, stock and shop supplies Check pricing and availability across our vendors and distributors before ordering Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and distributors Source specialty and hard-to-find items for project work Track open orders and backorders, and keep techs and coordinators updated Handle rush orders when a boat is waiting Work with vendor reps on order status, pricing and promotions Inventory Own inventory accuracy in ServiceTitan: set reorder points and stock levels, run cycle counts and fix discrepancies Reduce slow-moving and obsolete stock by returning it, selling it through or writing it off with finance Manage truck stock and equipment staged for jobs across our locations Receiving & Returns Run receiving: verify quantity, condition and serial numbers against the PO Stage and label equipment by job, and keep the warehouse organized Own returns, RMAs and warranty claims through to credit, with no open credits left behind Match receipts to vendor invoices, including shipments to our other locations, and work with accounting to resolve discrepancies Process & Reporting Write and improve SOPs for purchasing, receiving and inventory Report monthly on inventory value and accuracy, open POs, outstanding credits and savings Help standardize purchasing across Great Circle Group’s locations Back up the front desk as needed Other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For Must have 3+ years in purchasing, inventory or parts management (marine, automotive, RV, HVAC, electrical distribution or similar) A track record of improving something: inventory accuracy, cost, lead times or process Hands-on experience with an inventory or ERP system (ServiceTitan, Lightspeed, Dockmaster, NetSuite, QuickBooks or similar) Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills: pivot tables, lookups and simple reports Comfortable negotiating with vendors and holding them to their commitments Organized and self-directed: you run your own priorities without being chased Able to lift 50 lbs; valid driver’s license Nice to have Marine electronics or boating knowledge (Garmin, Raymarine, Simrad, Furuno, Victron) ServiceTitan experience specifically Experience at a multi-location or fast-growing company Pay & Benefits $55,000–$70,000/year, depending on experience Health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and 401(k) Full-time, year-round, Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your resume, or at navtronics.c…
