    Do you have what we’re looking for?

    • Solid work experience in purchasing, ideally in a similar industry.

    • Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills.

    • Self-starter with good instinct for negotiation.

    Challenges awaiting you:

    Purchasing & Procurement

    • Source and purchase electrical materials and supplies in alignment with branch requirements and customer demand.
    • Issue purchase orders, verify pricing, and ensure timely order placement with vendors.
    • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support competitive pricing and reliable product availability.
    • Review purchasing reports, recommend stock adjustments, and assist with demand forecasting.

    Expediting & Order Management

    • Monitor open purchase orders and follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
    • Resolve shipping delays, shortages, and discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
    • Communicate delivery updates to the sales teams.
    • Work with vendors to improve lead times and proactively prevent stockouts.

    Inventory Control & Cycle Counting

    • Perform scheduled cycle counts and investigate variances.
    • Coordinate with warehouse staff to maintain accurate inventory records and proper product identification.
    • Analyze inventory data to identify slow-moving, obsolete, or overstocked items.
