This position will assist the procurement and operation initiatives with our Purchasing team. Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Advancement Opportunities Exposure to Executive Leadership Team Outings and Company-Sponsored Volunteer Events Access to Health and Life Insurance, 401(k), Paid Parental Leave, Company Discounts, etc. Key Responsibilities · Support daily operations related to process efficiencies, product alignment, and change management. · Eagerness to learn about purchasing and homebuilding industry. · Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. · Maintain Trade Partner pricing records and facilitate approved changes. · Assist in quantity takeoff validation and consolidated summary documents. · Review production release data for inconsistencies or anomalies · Contractual compliance and continuance with trade partner contracts, scopes of work, insurance and training. · Work closely with other teams for cross departmental initiatives and backfill workflow needs. Qualifications · Excellent process management and organization skills. · Open communication and collaboration skills. · Strong computer and analytical skills. · High School Diploma. · BS/BA in Construction, Project Manager, Business, or relevant field preferred, but not required. · Experience in Residential Construction preferred but not required.
