In this role, you will build supplier relationships, manage purchase orders, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Production Scheduling, and Sourcing. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, asks thoughtful questions, and takes ownership of the details that keep production on track. Key Requirements: Purchasing experience required; 2–3 years of purchasing, procurement, or related experience desired Bachelor’s degree preferred ERP experience preferred, with SAP a plus Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification Demonstrated employment stability Primary Responsibilities: Create and manage purchase orders and procurement records in SAP Monitor supplier delivery schedules and track critical materials Evaluate supplier performance and expedite deliveries as needed Partner with internal teams to resolve supplier quality and delivery issues Verify and approve invoice pricing and quantities Maintain accurate purchasing data and establish stocking levels Build and maintain productive supplier relationships Support quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives Your New Organization: Join an established manufacturer where your purchasing expertise helps keep production moving and supports the quality customers depend on.
