Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure timely procurement of goods. Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and specifications. Conduct market research to stay informed about trends and changes in the industry. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance. Resolve any issues related to procurement, including discrepancies and delays. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and reliability. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as a Purchasing Agent/Buyer or in a similar role. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
