We are seeking a Purchasing Administrator to assist our procurement department with daily operations. Duties include ordering materials and supplies, and following up with suppliers on shipments/delivering schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Main Responsibilities Ensure timely creation of purchase orders to meet employee/customer needs. Support crews purchasing needs across the US. Request & research Supplier quotes for best availability on products, pricing, and delivery (AS400 and Precoro). Business champion for Buyer D365 rollout. Review Supplier acknowledgements to ensure acceptable terms and conditions. Collect and reconcile Supplier receipts ensuring correct product, qty, pricing, fees, etc. Enter receiving data within AS400. Maintain Purchase Order changes. Manage the Open PO reports to ensure timely delivery & processing of invoices – Provide necessary actions when needed. Provide National Account maintenance (Lowe’s, Office Depot, Amazon, Phoenix Innovate (One Point), Staples, etc.) as needed. Perform month and year-end closing activities. Create purchase orders/order requests. Required Qualifications 1+ year administrative experience within corporate environment. Basic knowledge of supply chain management in a construction environment. Good organization of time and workspace, and close attention to detail. Excellent communication with all levels of the organization. Ability to build positive professional relationships. Proficient, quick and comfortable with computer navigation and operations. Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications 1+ year purchasing-related experience in the construction industry. Knowledge of AS400. Experience with supply management software. Connect with us on Social Media!
