Annually What we offer: Great benefits including retirement Bi-Monthly pay Paid time off Position Summary: The Purchaser/Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the plant maintenance program, including, but not limited to : purchasing parts, scheduling, filing records, maintaining correspondence, handling mail, scheduling meetings, etc. This positions main focus is on Administrative duties, supplier coordination, and internal communications/coordination. This position also serves as a backup for the Plant Administrator. What you will be doing: Operates in compliance with all health, safety, and environmental rules and regulations Purchasing and sourcing of all needed parts and services to keep the plant operating Track parts usage; Conduct Cycle counts; Perform Month End Close Out; Prepare and coordinate Preventative Maintenance Inspections Enter/Retrieve maintenance work orders into CMMS System Prepare and process purchase orders in SAP Request and process price quotes. Prepare, process, and schedule work orders Perform Plant Administrative functions as needed; Schedule outside contractors for routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and urgent repair calls Prepare, process, and schedule shipments; Receive and process supplier invoices; Maintain and organize maintenance files(Equipment manuals, drawings, etc); Maintain parts inventory control Monitor stock level of parts; Track parts usage; Conduct Cycle counts; Perform Month End Close Out; Prepare and coordinate Preventative Maintenance Inspections Minimum Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED, prefer college degree in business Minimum Experience: 5 plus years of experience in Purchasing/Administrative experience 5 plus years of manufacturing experience preferred Skilled & Knowledge: Microsoft Office- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook Microsoft Teams- Calls, chats and meetings SAP experience Strong attention to detail and organization Interpersonal skills with employees and visitors Office environment primarily; some time spent in the manufacturing plant Administrative skills such as reporting, writing, scheduling, filing, and documentation systems
