Position Overview Papago Management, a commercial property management entity within the Nicholas Family of Companies, is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Purchaserto support purchasing, vendor coordination, warehouse operations, work orders, and day-to-day operational needs across our family of companies. This position will focus on sourcing products, maintaining accurate purchasing catalogs, managing vendor pricing, coordinating orders, and ensuring the warehouse has the supplies, materials, and equipment needed to support each company’s operations. Primary Responsibilities: · Build, maintain, and update product catalogs · Research products, supplies, materials, tools, and equipment from approved vendors · Compare products, specifications, pricing, quality, and availability to determine the best purchasing options · Maintain accurate product descriptions, item numbers, vendor information, pricing, and ordering details · Identify duplicate items and opportunities to standardize purchasing · Request and compare vendor quotes · Monitor vendor pricing changes and identify cost-saving opportunities · Maintain organized purchasing records and documentation · Work with Warehouse Lead to monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment needs · Support inventory counts and investigates discrepancies as needed · Assist with the company’s work order software and purchasing-related processes · Support management with purchasing reports, pricing comparisons, and other operational projects Qualifications: · Purchasing, warehouse, inventory, operations, or property management experience preferred. · Strong organizational and time-management skills. · Good communication and negotiation skills. · Comfortable working with computers and learning new software. · Experience with work order or inventory management software is a plus. · Ability to lift and move materials as needed. · Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. · Strong attention to detail.
