The Service Publications Business Support Staff will provide essential purchasing, invoice, billing, and administrative support to the Operations Team. This position ensures financial transactions and records are processed accurately, tracked efficiently, and completed promptly. The role requires regular interaction with vendors and internal teams and serves as a backup for other Operations Team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and submit purchase requisitions in SAP; track expenditures against open purchase orders
• Initiate RoboHead reviews for invoice approval and process approved invoices
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding POs, invoices, and discrepancies
• Process monthly dealership billing
• Perform other administrative duties and provide backup support within the team
Top 3 Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: organizing, validating, reconciling, and reporting data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; effective team collaboration
• Dependable, organized, detail-oriented; consistent attendance and ability to meet deadlines
Desired Skills:
• Experience with SAP or similar purchasing/financial systems
• Background in processing POs, invoices, billing, and accruals
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies independently
