Your contributions will help ensure the smooth collection, transportation, and disposal of municipal waste while maintaining high safety standards. Duties Assist with the loading and unloading of waste materials using front loader, rear loader, and roll-off trucks Support the driver in maneuvering heavy equipment and ensuring proper placement of waste containers Load and unload waste containers manually or with mechanical equipment Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate route schedules and address any operational issues Requirements Prior outdoor work experience in waste management or related fields preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients during waste collection activitiesThis role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to community cleanliness while developing their skills in heavy equipment operation and commercial driving.
