The Town of Dartmouth is seeking a Public Safety Dispatcher to serve as a vital link between the community and Police, Fire, and EMS. Dispatchers receive and prioritize emergency and non-emergency calls, gather critical information, and coordinate responses in situations where every second matters. We’re looking for candidates who can: • Remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations • Multitask and make quick decisions • Communicate clearly and effectively • Work as part of a 24/7 emergency communications team Preferred: E-911, LEAPS, APCO training, and experience with IMC Software.
