ENAP is seeking candidates to fill a tenured faculty position in public management, with expertise in public procurement and an interest in responsible practices, innovation and performance, competition, procurement and public infrastructure management, or integrity and anti-corruption in the field of public procurement at the local, national, and international levels. Candidates must be able to demonstrate leadership in these areas of expertise. They have an excellent record in teaching and research. They are able to share their knowledge with passion and dedication, and to supervise and mentor graduate and postdoctoral students in an interdisciplinary and diverse intellectual and social environment. The successful candidate will conduct innovative research and must be able to submit grant proposals. Candidates must be able to teach the following course (in French): Strategic Management of Public Procurement (ENP8033) Plus: the ability to teach one or both of the following courses (in French): Management of Public Organizations (ENP7303); Industrial Economics (ENP8036) Public Procurement Law (ENP8032); Ethics and Integrity in Public Service (ENP7507) REQUIREMENTS All applicants must: Hold a Ph.D. (or be on track to obtain one) in a field relevant to the discipline; Have experience in university teaching; Demonstrate the ability to teach a diverse student body; Demonstrate that their research focuses on public procurement; Demonstrate research capabilities, as evidenced in particular by peer-reviewed publications.
