The Opportunity Moody Bible Institute is seeking a dependable and service-minded Part-Time Order Processor to join our warehouse team. In this hands-on role, you will help ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment while supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. Your contribution will help ensure Moody resources reach the individuals, churches, and ministries we serve. What You’ll Be Doing Pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures using corresponding order-picking tickets. Ensure order accuracy and product quality by selecting and packing items that are in good, saleable condition. Process assigned shipments, including urgent, rush, shuttle, FedEx, and express orders. Assist the Warehouse Lead with non-routine orders and other fulfillment needs. Assist with set assembly as assigned. Support special projects such as stickering, inserting, and product repair. Stock shelves and return products to the appropriate picking or bulk-storage locations. Maintain warehouse areas in a clean, safe, sanitary, and organized condition. Provide excellent service and work collaboratively with team members to support warehouse operations. Perform other related duties and special assignments as needed. Preferred Qualifications Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a collaborative team. Ability to stay on task and work accurately and efficiently. Dependable, flexible, and willing to assist with changing warehouse priorities. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Work Environment This is a part-time position regularly scheduled for approximately 28 hours per week. Work is performed in a large warehouse environment with concrete floors. The role may require being on your feet for the majority of the shift. The warehouse contains pallets and boxes of books weighing up to 50 pounds. Forklifts and pallet jacks are frequently used within the warehouse environment. The warehouse is not air-conditioned during the summer; large fans are used for ventilation and air circulation. This position requires regular on-site presence to perform warehouse and order-fulfillment responsibilities.
