Position Summary DeConna Ice Cream is seeking a part-time Weekend Freezer Order Selector to accurately and efficiently pick customer orders in a sub-zero environment. This physically demanding role helps ensure that frozen products reach customers on time and in good condition. This position requires working in extremely cold temperatures below zero. DeConna provides protective clothing. Key Responsibilities Read selection labels to identify slot locations, product descriptions, and the quantities required for each order. Pick the correct quantities of designated full-case products from the slot locations identified on selection labels. Regularly lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. and stand and bend for extended periods. Perform order-selection tasks in extremely cold, sub-zero temperatures. Qualifications Attention to detail. Previous experience in order picking and repacking is preferred Electric pallet jack experience is a plus. Schedule and Pay Saturday and Sunday hours are required. Hourly pay will be discussed at the time of hire. Hiring Requirements DeConna Ice Cream is a drug-free workplace. Drug testing and a background check are required.
