Towing Dispatcher (Part-Time) EVB Towing is an established, rapidly growing leader in the towing and recovery industry. We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Towing Dispatcher to join our busy office and call center team. Compensation & Perks Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 for confirmed, experienced tow company or emergency services dispatchers. Hours: 16 to 24 hours per week . Work Location On-Site Only: EVB Office / Call Center (Plymouth Meeting, PA). Note: This is not a remote working position . Available Shifts Weekdays: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Weekends: Saturday or Sunday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM OR 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Key Responsibilities Dispatching & Logistics: Coordinate, route, and support a professional group of drivers in a fast-paced environment. Customer Care: Act as the main point of contact via phone and email, ensuring a polite, positive, and helpful experience for customers. Problem Solving: Resolve scheduling challenges, route changes, or emergency calls efficiently and calmly. Data & Tech: Manage call logging and tracking with high precision using Towbook , Microsoft applications, and modern dispatch systems. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 12 months of confirmed dispatch experience in the towing or trucking industry (preferred). Geographic Knowledge: Strong familiarity with highways in and around Plymouth Meeting, PA , including the PA Turnpike, I-76, I-476, I-95, Route 202, and Route 422 . Geographic Knowledge: Strong familiarity with roadways in and around Plymouth Meeting, PA, including Plymouth Township, Conshohocken, Norristown, Whitemarsh Township Whitpain Township. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Towbook software and Microsoft Office programs. Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, highly organized, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
