Property Management Dispatcher

WE'RE HIRING – PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DISPATCHER! Rent In Ottawa Property Management Inc. is looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated Property Management Dispatcher to join our growing team! Location: Ottawa, Ontario Key Responsibilities Receive, prioritize, and dispatch maintenance and repair requests. Coordinate daily schedules for maintenance technicians and service providers. Communicate with tenants, property owners, and maintenance staff. Monitor work orders and ensure repairs are completed on time. Handle emergency maintenance calls and coordinate urgent repairs. Follow up on outstanding maintenance requests. Maintain accurate records and update property management software. Ensure efficient communication between our leasing, property management, and maintenance departments. Qualifications Previous experience in property management is mandatory. Experience coordinating property maintenance and repairs. Strong understanding of residential and commercial property maintenance. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Experience with property management software (Yardi Breeze preferred).
