Job Summary IMC Designs is seeking a Promotional Products Operations Coordinator to help manage the administrative and operational processes associated with customized promotional merchandise and branded product orders. The coordinator will support order entry, product specification reviews, supplier follow-ups, order status tracking, artwork and customization coordination, shipment monitoring, and customer communication. The role will help ensure that product details, quantities, pricing information, customization instructions, and delivery requirements are accurately documented and communicated to the appropriate parties. Working with sales representatives, customers, suppliers, designers, and fulfillment partners, the coordinator will help identify order discrepancies, follow up on outstanding information, monitor production and delivery timelines, and maintain organized records throughout the order lifecycle. This position is well suited for an organized professional with experience in operations coordination, order management, administrative support, customer service, purchasing, or production coordination.
