SLB is seeking a motivated Projected Scheduler to support our Data Center infrastructure solutions business.
Overview:
Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining project schedules that accurately reflect ongoing progress and forecast completion across all phases of Data Center projects. The Project Scheduler works closely with construction, engineering, supply chain, and project controls teams to ensure consistent and reliable schedule data. This role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and active engagement with site teams to validate progress and support timely decision-making.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date project schedules aligned with the approved baseline and execution strategy
• Support effective decision-making through clear reporting of schedule performance and risks
• Coordinate regularly with project disciplines to ensure schedule data reflects real progress
• Identify deviations early and assist in developing recovery plans to maintain key milestones
• Contribute to standardization and consistency in scheduling practices across projects
Qualifications And Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• 5–10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for large-scale construction or industrial projects
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and schedule management processes
• Strong understanding of construction workflows and sequencing
• Experience preparing progress reports and performing critical path analyses
• Prior experience supporting large-scale data center or mission-critical facilities is preferred
• Professional certification such as AACE PSP or PMI-SP (preferred)
• Experience with schedule visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Excel dashboards (preferred)
• Fluency, both written and verbal, in English.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Site-based position requiring daily interaction with construction teams, subcontractors, and field engineers. Involves frequent walkdowns to verify physical progress and sequencing, as well as close coordination with the site office team for planning updates and reporting. Some travel may be required between project locations.
