grams that ensure seamless operational separation, continuity, and long-term scalability of both business units. The Project Manager will drive execution across supply chain processes, systems, and organizational change to enable a successful transition while maintaining operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Transformation Initiatives
• Lead supply chain workstreams supporting the GPC separation into NAPA and Motion Industries
• Develop and execute transition plans for process, systems, data, and operations split
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple transformation programs
Project & Program Management
• Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex projects tied to supply chain transformation
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics for separation initiatives
• Track progress against timelines, budgets, and risks
• Implement governance structures, status reporting, and escalation processes
