Project Manager - Sample Courier
MID-SOUTH TESTINGJOB TITLE: Project Manager- Sample Courier Reports to: VP of Operations PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS · Collect samples and conduct field testing according to EPA methods and/ or internal SOPs. · Maintain communication with customers and laboratory personnel regarding sampling requirements. · Initiate, oversee, document and execute client projects pursuant to individual scopes. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: · High School Diploma or G.E.D. · College degree preferred · Candidates without degree considered with 2 years of relevant experience. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: · Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and laboratory personnel. · Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. · Must have a valid driver’s license and capable of passing a drug screen. EXPERIENCE: · Consideration given to candidates with a background in environmental science or field technicians. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: · Must be able to lift 50 pounds. · Must be able to conduct sampling in the field 75-100% of working shift.
