Project Manager / Sales and Sales Expeditor - Installation of Interior Doors and Trim

This Amish family-owned business specializes in the custom finishing of cabinets, doors and trim and the sales and installation of interior wood doors of multiple species, trim and stair components. The successful candidate will work with the owner to interact with customers for sales and service as well as work independently soliciting and servicing customers in person, by phone or email. Visiting clients to measure and determine their needs is often a requirement. Quotes and orders are processed timely. Responsible for communication and coordination with production and installers on lead times and delivery to assure customer satisfaction. Someone best suited for this opportunity would have experience in construction, lumber sales, carpentry or home building, as well as a pleasant phone manner, good customer service skills and experience in sales. Flexibility is important. This is a small a company. Everyone contributes as necessary to make the team successful in maintaining its reputation for quality and integrity.
