Responsibilities

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of pricing and growth strategic initiatives across the Financial Services organization. This position is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle - from planning and execution to monitoring and closure - ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. In addition to traditional project management duties, this role will serve as a change agent, leading organizational change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption and sustainability of project outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills (preferably backed by PMP certification) with experience designing and implementing change management strategies that minimize resistance and maximize stakeholder engagement.

 

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

 

  • Lead and manage end-to-end program execution for pricing-related initiatives within Revenue Operations.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Regional leadership, Finance, and IT to gather business requirements, align on objectives, and ensure program success.

  • Drive requirements gathering sessions for new and enhanced pricing models and systems, translating business needs into actionable project plans.

  • Oversee the rollout and adoption of pricing programs, including Profit Planner and new technologies, ensuring robust change management and training support.

  • Develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports, providing regular updates to SteerCo, Senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Identify risks, manage issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of programs.

  • Monitor program performance using key metrics, analyze outcomes, and drive continuous improvement efforts in pricing operations.

  • Champion best practices for pricing governance, compliance, and operational excellence.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 3 - 6 years of project management experience in a complex environment.

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms).

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic workplace.

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%, as required.



Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree 

  • 6 years of experience in public accounting or related field

  • 3 years of supervisory experience

  • Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally

  • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs

  • Proficient use of applicable technology
