Job Summary Reporting to the Manager, Engineering Management Office (EMO), The Project Manager III serves as a strategic leader within the Engineering Management Office, driving the successful execution of complex and transformative projects that advance the priorities of Engineering Construction and Transportation Division. This role is accountable for leading projects of significant strategic importance, advancing service excellence, and driving organizational performance through the development, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of project / service delivery frameworks, processes, tools, templates, and best practices for linear infrastructure capital projects and road operations. The Project Manager III oversees the Project and Service Delivery Management Systems, ensuring their effectiveness, continuous improvement, and alignment with divisional objectives, while promoting consistent application across the organization. The position also provides oversight, and assurance of compliance with established project delivery processes, governance frameworks, and best practices to drive successful, efficient, and predictable project outcomes. The incumbent fosters cross-functional collaboration, strengthens project governance, and enables the consistent, efficient, and successful delivery of linear capital projects and road operations.
