Project Manager – Government Laundry & Logistics Operations Company: Swift Support Solution LLC Location: San Antonio, Texas – Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Position: Full-Time, On-Site Anticipated Start Date: November 2, 2026 Employment Contingent Upon Government Contract Award Position Summary Swift Support Solution LLC is seeking an experienced, professional, and dependable Project Manager to oversee daily laundry and dry-cleaning support operations at Joint Base San Antonio. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising employees, coordinating laundry transportation and linen exchange operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with government contract requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage daily contract operations and employee performance. Supervise laundry drivers and linen exchange personnel. Coordinate scheduled laundry pickups and deliveries. Communicate professionally with government representatives and company leadership. Implement Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements. Monitor quality control, safety, and operational performance. Maintain accurate records, schedules, and required reports. Resolve operational problems promptly and professionally. Coordinate with commercial laundry processing facilities. Ensure employees comply with applicable installation access and security requirements. Qualifications Minimum three years of relevant supervisory or operations management experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in logistics, transportation, commercial laundry, military operations, or government contracting preferred. Ability to manage employees and make independent operational decisions. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and Microsoft Teams. Ability to work on-site in San Antonio and meet applicable installation access requirements. Compensation Competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
