Project Manager – Fleet Graphics & Installations 360 Wraps Inc. | Dallas, TX 75261 | Full-time, in person Base salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year Help turn commercial fleets into brands people recognize. At 360 Wraps, you’ll guide vehicle graphics projects from sales handoff through design, production, installation and closeout—including multi-vehicle rollouts across the United States. This role gives you ownership of the delivery plan and a visible result: finished vehicles, informed clients and a team ready for each next step. You’ll work with designers, production staff and installation coordinators to keep projects moving and resolve problems early. WHAT YOU’LL DO Build clear project plans with scope, milestones, deadlines and accurate records. Be the client’s main contact during delivery; collect artwork, approvals and scheduling details, and provide proactive updates. Coordinate design revisions, approved print files, materials and production schedules with the teams doing the work. Work with installation coordinators and outside partners to arrange local and nationwide installations. Manage several projects at once, identify bottlenecks and confirm capacity before committing dates. Document scope changes, flag cost or deadline risks early and help protect project margins. Keep completion records organized so projects close out accurately and are ready for billing. WHAT YOU’LL BRING At least 3 years of project management experience in vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, large-format print, automotive customization or a related production industry. A practical understanding of production timelines, materials readiness and installation logistics. Experience managing concurrent projects with several teams, deadlines and dependencies. Clear client communication, organized follow-through and the ability to resolve changing priorities professionally. Comfort maintaining accurate plans and records in project management software. Experience coordinating multi-city installations or national fleet rollouts is especially useful. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Clients know what happens next. Designs and materials are ready when needed.
