Project Manager & Estimator, FF&E Logistics

Who We Are Venn Corporation is a full-service FF&E logistics, warehousing, delivery, and installation company serving major hospitality brands nationwide. We specialize in supporting construction and renovation projects across the hospitality, retail, and multi-family residential sectors. We’re looking for someone who can own a project end to end: estimate it, win it, and run it. Why Venn-Corp We’re a small team. You’ll work directly with our VP of Business Development and VP of Operations, and you’ll own your projects from start to finish. We’re growing, so there’s room to grow with us. What You'll Do Walk sites and review floor plans and FF&E specs Build labor, warehousing, and install budgets for bids Once a bid is won, take ownership of that project's on-site execution: managing labor, subcontractors, and schedule to meet budget and deadline Be the main contact for GC's, hotel ownership, designers, and procurement agents Track project status and budget vs actuals through Venn's project management systems Travel to project sites as needed to keep work moving and solve problems in real time You're a good fit if you have: Estimating and/or PM experience in construction, furniture installation, FF&E, or hotel renovation The ability to manage both the numbers (bids, budgets) and the people (crews, subs, schedules) Solid Excel skills Familiarity with floor plans and/or FF&E specs Strong attention to detail and clear, proactive communication A willingness to travel to project sites as work requires Experience level is flexible — we're open to the right person at a range of career stages, whether you're a seasoned estimator/PM or ready to grow into the full scope of the role You'll work directly with our VP of Business Development and VP of Operations, with real ownership over the projects you estimate — not just handing off a bid and moving on. We're a small, fast-moving team with an established book of business and name-brand hospitality clients, which means the work you do has visible, immediate impact.
