Project Manager - Custom Homes

A custom home builder is looking for an energetic, highly skilled, extremely organized, and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the development of exceptional $1m-$5m custom homes. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm for building homes, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and have a proven track record of fostering relationships to extract the best performance from their team in a process that all stakeholders can take pride in. The candidate should excel at scheduling for optimal efficiency, coordinating and scheduling all on-site development and construction activities, and be adept at achieving quick results while managing workers, subcontractors, material suppliers, and the delivery of materials and equipment. The candidate should be an adept communicator, skilled at providing transparency in the process to clients and all stakeholders, while fostering a collaborative process with the architecture, interior design, and consultant teams. JOB SUMMARY Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of construction for custom homes, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain design integrity and craftsmanship Manage site operations, safety compliance, and daily progress reporting Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing proactive updates and resolving issues with discretion Drive scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation to optimize project flow Uphold brand reputation through meticulous attention to detail and client satisfaction Ideal Profile Proven experience managing ground-up custom home projects valued at $1M+ Strong command of residential construction sequencing, permitting, and high-end finishes Adept at reading architectural plans and collaborating with design professionals Skilled communicator with a client-first mindset and calm problem-solving approach Comfortable leading multiple projects and teams simultaneously Familiarity with project management software and construction documentation Company details This organization has big growth plans, and are looking for hungry individuals who have a desire to grow their career.
