Project Manager/Coordinator - Traffic Control

Location: Fargo, ND Shift and Time: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday Summary: Coordinate field crews, schedules, equipment, and resources to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Provide leadership, training, and day-to-day support to field personnel while fostering a productive and positive team environment. Manage project logistics, including material takeoffs, ordering, inventory, and jobsite readiness. Work closely with customers, contractors, engineers, estimators, and internal teams to coordinate project execution and resolve issues. Schedule traffic control operations, utility locates, and other project requirements to support successful project delivery. Monitor job progress, quality standards, specifications, and safety compliance across multiple projects. Ensure accurate job costing, invoicing, timecard approvals, work-in-progress tracking, and construction-related documentation. Assist with change orders, estimating support, and other operational functions as needed. Respond to customer and contractor inquiries, including after-hours support for maintenance and emergency service requests. Support rental operations, retail sales, inventory management, and yard organization. Build strong working relationships across departments and branch locations while representing the company professionally. Identify and resolve project challenges proactively, using sound judgment and problem-solving skills to keep projects moving forward. Promote operational efficiency, profitability, and high-quality customer service across all projects. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
